These are companies or individuals who will act on your behalf in the processing of your loan application. You will not be charged for their services and they will pay for any valuations or any administrative costs involved in processing your loan (subject to status). The brokers we use have very experienced staff who will be able to match your application with the underwriting criteria of the lenders. They will negotiate and present your application to the lender in a professional manner that will increase the chances of your application being accepted.
